Grays Peak Launches "News from the Peak" Podcast

By Joe Mamlin

We are excited to announce the release of our new Podcast, News from the Peak. It’s currently available on Spotify, and in a few days will be available on iTunes, Google Podcasts, and more. As of today - Friday April 17, we have just released our Preview Episode. We have three more episodes recorded, and being edited and we will start releasing new content very soon.

The concept behind the podcast is to share the latest news related to Human Services, and have some discussion related to the stories. We plan to include guests, and experts when possible, and we hope to offer a lively and engaging discussion of the issues. We also have been conducting some more focused interviews on specific topics. Early in this season, you can look for episodes on Crisis Communications, Peer Support Groups, Working from Home, and more.

One of the main goals of the podcast is to provide a platform to discuss issues that impact human services professionals. To make that happen, we need to hear from you. We welcome your ideas and feedback, and there are a few easy ways to do that. First, you can leave comments or reviews on the Podcast service where you listen. Second, you can use the Contact Us link on this website and drop is a line, or the email link at the bottom of each website page. Finally, we plan to release a short blog entry describing each episode, and you can leave a comment or suggestion on those as well.

We are excited for this project, and we hope you will subscribe, listen and participate with us.
