Ongoing feedback is even more critical in a remote-work environment where leaders are feeling frustrated by the lack of visibility of their own work by higher ups as well as the lack of understanding of their own team’s performance issues. A recent McKinsey Global Survey found 68% of respondents said ongoing coaching and developmental feedback positively affected their performance. Executive coaching is about partnering with leaders in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
